In the unlikely event that your purchase is not tracked by our systems or your cashback was not remitted into your Retail Rewards Club Account, this normally indicates usage errors. This could occur if you never followed our guidelines and website information.

We do however GUARANTEE to follow up your Claim

1. Make sure you complete your purchase without opening any other websites.(incl. Google)
2. If installed disable Adblock browser extensions and ensure cookies are enabled.
3. If you use a coupon code that is not listed on this site, rewards may not be payable.
4. Rewards are payable on eligible purchases not including freight, delivery and GST.
5. Cashback may not be payable if you pay by gift card or if you purchase a gift card.
6. Cashback is not payable if do not complete your purchase.
7. Cashback is not payable if you cancel or return goods.

1. Save your purchase receipts, the same if you purchased in store.
2. Read the Terms & Conditions from Retailers you wish to purchase from.
